Complain against my mobile service provider

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Suvankar Bose using a mobile connection with the no 9614775113 from the service provider named Aircel.

But form the last 3 months i have found they have deducted my phone balance automatically for the services named 'Hungama Tips' & 'Download' which are activated

without my consideration and acknowledgment.

Whenever they have deducted the charges I have complaint them to their customer care, my complain nos are '13229502860', '13229503014'.

But after that they don't take any kind of action to solve my problem whether i have called them much more time regularly.

At last I am mailing you for seeking help to solve my problem immediately.

I think you will understand my problem. I request to you to solve this kind of unwanted problem which I have lost a good amount of money everytime.

I will be highly obliged if you help me to solve this problem.
