Today (31/3) at 11:00 AM I received a call from aircel customer care number (9700731734).
They inquired my details, and confirmed my number. I said correct.
Then they replied that i have won Dialer Tune Pack, so i just want to pay only Rs 60/3 months subscription. They inquire my field of interest in songs for setting the tune.
At that time i refused for activation and said 'I am not Interested'.They replied, we are just asking for confirmation. But at the time of holding the call she made a statement your dialer tune will be placed in an hour by deducting 60 rupees and suddenly kept the phone in hold.
I tried lot to that number but no use, no one picking that.
At last, after an hour dialer tune service is activated by deducting 60 rupees from my account.
I got frustrated. But what can i do more than that.
Please make this complaint serious, and give me advise to get back my money.
Or help me to whom i have to contact to lodge a complaint in this aspect.
