UNREASONALBE DEDUCTION OF BALANCE AND BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Hello Sir/Mam,

My name is Ankit Arora. I have a prepaid connection from Aircel. I have got my mobile number (8909686080) recharged (easy recharge) three times with Rs. 14 top-up for 250 MB internet usage each time, however my balance got deducted two times which was a total of around Rs. 65 (approx Rs. 50 first and then approx. Rs. 15 on 15/04).

I also received a warning message both the times that I have consumed 175mb, asking me whether I wish to continue with the GPRS services. I continued with the services, as the usage limit was 250 MB. However, my balance still got deducted.

Also on 16/04, I got my mobile number recharged with Rs. 20 erecharge and as soon as I connected to the internet, Rs. 16 got deducted again.

I have called the customer service of aircel many times, however they are not giving me any solution and refund, moreover they are disconnecting my phone whenever I ask for any details for my internet usage and now they have put my number on no answer and are not picking up my call.

Please do the needful.
