Alance deduction from prepaid SIM

My no is 8695044966 - reliance prepaid GSM, frequently balances are being deducted saying that VAS services have been activated on your phone without any reqest from the customer side, again today from my phone Rs.5 have been deducted with no reason, Please help in reimbursment of the said amount.
