My mobile no is 9854026129. My name id Siddhartha Sankar Paul. It is very busy number. Unfortunately On 27/07, I received a message that 65% crossed. but today in my office hrs, suddenly outgoing got stopped without having any prior information. Earlier message was "85% crossed" like that. But now a days the service is so poor to explain. Only for the poor service, today I got a grand loss. Moreover, few days back I had inserted Rs. 98 for AIRCEL GPRS. Now it seems that bill is comming more then earlier why? there is no satisfactory answer neither from the Cell city nor from Customer care. I was having a credit limit or Rs. 1000 but today I came to know that after inserting 98 rupees of GPRS, my credit limit reached upto 1500/- is it true? if yes then why there was no such information? Such type of anomilies will create havoc to the good customer like me. I use to pay 1000 rs per 15 days (if you analyse the past records). If you think that I am a valuable customer to you then waiting for your early responce and expect no such problem will occur in near future.
