749 rs deducted from hdfc account and recharge unsuccessful

I tried to recharge online for - 749 rs amount got deducted from my bank account however recharge was unsuccessful

my mobile number is - 8894029502 .

following is the detail reflecting on my account -

10 Dec POS 5326760105791441 BHARTI AIRTEL LI 752682 10 Dec 749.0

i have read a lot of complaint s regarding this amount being deducted but recharge not successful.

i would appreciate if airtel refunds my money timely back into my account.

this is totally unacceptable from a company like airtel which has been ranked as - no 1 service brand in economic times brand equity.
