I have called customer care a several times. Each time i called up, i was told that the server is down and we r unable to view your details, call back later.
This is absolutely ridiculous, how can the server be down every time i call them. If the server is down then the complaint should be noted and the service provider should get back once they have the solution.
There is no respect for the customers valuable time. People sitting on the customer care help desk are doing their job and getting paid to attend us. The customer is busy earning his/her bread and butter from another work.
The server may be down once, but this cant happen every time.
