I recharged my number with Rs 250 which avails a consumer with a balance of Rs 250 and Unlimited 3g data (however the customer representative says that it is 1gb of 3g data, but thats okay). Although i got the balance i did not get the 3g data in which I was interested a lot. I complained it to the customer care agents. They assured me that my problem will be resolved. They told me to download the internet setting which I did, but unfortunately no magic happened (Getting 3g data from docomo now was no less than a magic). I complained again but still I got no solution but just a date till which they expected to avail the service. The date has crossed and I dont have any 3g data. On 11/12 the whole day they deducted my balance from Rs 250 to Rs 0.01.On complaining abt the same they refused and said that there system says there was full balance. Although one of there mail sent to me says that they have deducted only Rs 13.9 for internet data usage. When I complained about this mail, their representative told me to ignore that mail and again gave me a solution which as usual isn't working. After all this I just feel that I have been cheated because neither do I have any balance nor do I have any 3g data. And each time I try to seek any help from them they make me feel as a liar despite they being on the lying side.
