Sir/Madam,
I recently found my talk-time getting reduced by Rs1.50 every week and when I checked my last 5 transactions
amount was debited for VAS - .Easy Search.
As usual a poor response form "Customer Support Team".
They are disconnecting calls even before I complete my complaint.
Simply reading the scripts and they don't try to understand the problem
I really dunno, how Airtel is placing such poor technically skilled persons as executives.
When I called them they said "this service will be activated once you use internet"
I dint use internet for the past 2-3 months from that number.
They are said I used. I asked for the proof, they said they got no such.
Not only for my number, the same happened for other 2 of my friends.
This seems like Airtel by themselves are activating the Value Added Service??
Kindly do the necessary action upon this service being activated automatically.
