I have placed a complaint 2-3 weeks back, but still i d'nt got any response from airtel

i m using airtel 37 (370) local/std message pack for last couple of month and itz an auto renewable plan. but without intimation they change their plan to only local message pack and re-activated my message pack plan. In the reactivated message also they written 370 local/std message pack. i hav a copy that message also, and all other previous messages of airtel but they never given me any change of plan intimation message prior to balance deduction.
i hav call their customer support, but they said itz a techinical issue tat u d'nt get message so we can't refund ur amount.
Now if my plan change on the fly how the hell i should know??? and what should i do wit my current plan i had no use of local messages. i want my money back also my std msg deducted charges bcoz for their technical fault why should i pay from my pocket.
