I'm using Aircel Postpaid CUG connetion.

I lost my Mobile with SIM, Number : 9841408432.

The sim has been stolen by unknown person and started using. I have informed aircel customer care about this and the sim has been barred. After some days, they activated the SIM without any request. I was shocked that my number was in use and the person saying wrong number to the callers.

On October 13 2'0 clock, again called customer care and informed about this and asked the reason about the activation, no proper response. I asked to bar my number. They asked 4 hours for barring the number. after 4 hours number is still in use. Again called customer care and asked the reason, i said all the details from first to last, Again they asked 4 hours for barring. Next day morning, number is still in use. I shocked, The person is using my number. Around 11'0 clock on October 14 called customer care, the same details from first to last and they replied with same answer, asking 4 hours. I was frustrated. Again Evening, still not barred. Evening around 5.30 I called and asked the reason. the same answer. Around 8.30 my number was barred.

What is happening in customer care?, why they did'nt response this matter as serious. The whole 2 days i was mentally upset.

According to customer care, my number was barred until Sep 18th. How can they activate without the user request.?
