Sir my self amol r.naik i m customer of tata docomo from last 3 years, sir but from 12-12 my balance is deducting while no message is comming for that also some service are automatically activated on my mobile phone also at that time i not get the message of that activation .is this is happen what i do i want that the refund because they are not giving proper reason my mobile number is 8655173705, my email address is [email protected]

please help me.
