Respected Sir/Madam,

I am having a Mobile Shop in 50ft Road, Nagendra Block, Bangalore-50.Today Morning I recharged Tata Docomo Number 7204020176 amt is INR129.As per this plan customer should get 30paise per minute all India call. But He Didn't got it. Then I called retailer customer care and one Miss Shruthi received my cal, She says That Customer is in another plan so This plan doesn't works & abt that INR129 she says they cann't return to Us nor customer can enjoy the benefit.

I asked her to connect me to higher authority, she told that she don't have right to do so. Finally she took my complaint & given me complaint Number 3877475. I received ans though sms that Reversal reqest for 7204020176 cannnot be processed, as customer as already recharged before placing this reversal request. I have returned customer the amt. Now please ask them to return my money. My demo number is 9036309125
