Hello Tune service started without request and deducted money

Sir,

I have taken new aitel sim number 9906292601. Today I recharged my number with amount Rs.150/- Suddenly after recharged Rs. 45 for hello tunes and activated without any request. Why air tel is activating any services without any request. Please do necessary action, so that i can return money of Rs. 45/-
