Balance detect and not response from customer care

On 31st december i recharged my no Rs.20 at 6.00pm. After 10min i was calling my friend then check my bal was 13.84. Then i sent a msg to my friend and its cost Rs.1. I was shocked to check my bal after the sms. Because now my bal was reduced to Rs.6.84. Immediately i called the customer care, there was no response and no one take my call till now. And today morning (3rd jan) i check my bal is Rs.5.39 at 6am. After an hour i'm getting again shock because now the balance is Rs.0.39. The same reaction from customer care. Pls just tell me why was my bal detect?
