Dear Sir/Madam

My BSNL Landline # 2155407 doesn't working since June. We went varkala and kavalayoor exchange several time and complained to replace the instrument and they assure it. But till date they didn't done anything to resolve the issue. also it is not possible to go everyday at the exchange.

kindly take necessary action to resolve the issue.
