Unable to Connect Customer Care Executive

I recharged my mobile online. Money got deducted from my Credit Card. But nothing got recharged on my number. It took me 24 Hours to connect customer care. Even i tried to connect them in mid night also, still the customer care is busy and call get disconnected.

Even i tried to write a mail on [email protected], but nothing happened. It reflected that the mail is written by some human computers.

TATA DOCOMO has Pathetic Service.

I don't know why government is failed to regulate the companies so strictly. Big Shittt...
