I am an Airtel consumer since a couple of years with phone Number 09716169942...
Last month on 18/11 on disgusting hellot une service got activated on my phone without my proper consent...
I have raised a complain and the response that i have received is frustrating.
CHTWC21223329411, and the representitives are not well behaved and not helping
They are Brajmohan and Sachin.
For this useless service I have been charged 75 rupees in total and got humiliated for this.
Just wanted to have a proper verification on the same and refund the amount that is being charged. I also need a compensation for the credibility and social image loss for the same.
If this thing is not being sorted out I will make some time to go with proper legal action for the same.
