Fast recharge
Amount deducted but recharge not done and bogus support centre

I have recharged for 222 and now the money is deducted but the recharge is not done. This has happened twice. Now i want to launch a complaint and want my money back.

They also dont have a proper complain or support forum. also, they have asked to fill the text shown in the box, but there is no text in the box.
