I need your assistance in order to get my issue fixed with Airtel. I am sorry to write (escalate) this matter to you but believe me, I have no option other than writing to highest authority of the organization.
I have been using a number for the last 6 years and that number has been stopped suddenly.
While checking/complaining to customer cure, they are keep on telling that the number was not being used. But I was suing the number and SIM was active. It stopped working all of a sudden last week. I have been calling /emailing airtel authorities for the last 1 week and spent enormous effect but not getting ny response.
Would be great, if you could help me in getting the service back.
