Aircel is not de-registering me from NCPR/DND

Dear Sir

My no. 7814711332 is registered in NCPR and I want to deregister it. I have requested many times to aircel customer care to deregister my no. from NCPR and they told me that now my no. is deregister from NCPR but it is not. My no. is still register in NCPR.

When i send sms as STOP to 1909 it says you are not register in NCPR with us.

But when i check my no. on nccptrai.gov.in, i found that my no. is still register in NCPR.

What should I do?

Please help to dergistrr my no.
