I have recharged with rs.148.00 today morning according thru http://www.rcom.co.in website where I need to get 320 min Local STD but I have not recd 320 min yet.
Their customer care has not ready to help me out on this concern and saying the plan has been changed we cannot help you on this concern any more and keep sending Unnecessary messages in every secong and i have been recd 150 sms now while i have activated DND service.
I don’t want this service …please refund my money (Rs.148.00) ASAP. They are really doing online FAKE business in India which is not acceptable.
