My name is Reuel and i was a Vodafone postpaid customer... i used to get huge bills... so i went to get my no changed to prepaid ..they made me dance like a fool and i atlas got it converted... i was so angry with their services i went and got it converted 2 days before my next bill cycle so that they don't charge me again .. they told me a un-billed amount of something around 680 or something and i paid 700 and told them to clear it out... they then made me pay 290 saying it was a cancellation fee which was bullish... it was just a prepaid recharge .. so that that guy sitting at the store can make a fool out of us ..i was even ok with that... now after 3 months i get a message to pay 290 .. so i send a complain mail to Vodafone but they do nothing .. they just made some idiotic person working for them call me up and tell me to pay the amount... this is injustice done to people like us... please please please do something about this... contact me on this email - [email protected]
