Am very frustrated and lost my patience in calling Customer Care and raising a complaint...
1.Hello Tune or so called Caller Tune has been activated on my Number in my absence and Amount of Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance... Immediately i have raised a complaint, ...cleverly agents have deactivated my hello tune but money has not been debited back...
2.When you are so aware of responding to customer complaints, deactivated my Caller Tune and why not responding to my complaint raised for crediting Money
2.Customer Agent Name Sreedhar from Hyderabad Circle has raised a waver providing me the Reference Number as 1-10749893290 and he also confirmed me that my amount will be credited within 48 hours...
Later i spoke to 4 Agents named Dinesh, Shafi, Babu and Sreekanth on 27-12 around 11:30 PM night...
There was no proper response and my call has been disconnected for 4 times and Agent named Babu has told and comfirmed me that there is no Team Lead or Floor Supervisor will be available to resolve these issues.
It was such a rude call and response from him which made me so irritated and till date my amount has not been credited back...
Please do the Needful and at the same time am going to lodge a complaint in Times of India which can help me out further
Its not the matter of Money but Customer Agents should know the value of a Customer
