On 27th december i received a message from docomo that i have been charged rs-30 for a call me tune that has been activated thru OBD channel and also a second message for downloading Zeehale Muskin preview of rs-15. first of all i want to inform that those messages were came into my inbox at 19:56 pm but at that time my phone was in my bag and i have not used my phone that whole day of 27th december, so how the balance deduction was made my me...??? (isnt that something like HARRY POTTER MAGIC, HUH...???) I strongly inform that "I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED ANY OF THE SERVICE AND INSTEAD OF THAT I HAVE LOST 45 RUPEES AND... I WANT ALL MY MONEY (RS 45) BACK BECAUSE THE MISTAKE IS MADE BY THE DOCOMO COMPANY. otherwise i have to drag this case to the consumer court. this is the 5th time i have been charged lots of money for the services i have not activated (by docomo).

now i have DEACTIVATED all those shit activations from my account.

i want a quick reply from the company back and ofcource all my deducted money too.
