Unable to make outgoing calls or send messages

My number is 9980966377. I am an Airtel prepaid customer in Karnataka (Complaint no. PR112400085)

I submitted the required documents (Ack No. KKA490223), I'm still unable to make

outgoing calls or send messages, though I can receive calls.

I have called customer care several times and have also visited the

airtel customer relationship center nearly 4 times. They all have

the same answer that the issue will be fixed in 24 hours.

If I call to 121 they say that there was a technical issue in airtel,

now everything is fine, But i am facing same problem.

Again if I call to 121 no one will response and the call will be ended automatically.
