My docomo number is 7696217884 I recently recharge my number with Rs 46 Pack for roaming for 60 days through rechargeitnow.com and recharge was successful and i got a conformation message from docomo mentioning pack activated for roaming for 60 days with transaction id 100001529000384.
I contacted customer care but they don't have answer they just say they can't do anything and just cut the call. Now all docmo relationship center, Customer care, Online chat everybody is telling to forget that money and recharge again or contact that website but this common sense that recharge was sucessful and docomo got money and docomo sent conformation message too with transaction id mentioned above.
Docomo Guys please check and do something
