I recharged Rs. 75 (GPRS pack) on 12th Nov but my GPRS is still not working.
I called docomo customer care more than 10 times they sent me settings told me to make manual settings, but still not able to resolve the issue. I checked my phone setting it is correct i confirmed it with another docomo sim too. If you are not able to activate the service kindly revert back my 75Rs. talk time.
Now your customer care call getting disconnected before connecting to your Cust. care executive. This is the one of the worst customer care service.
