The outgoing facility of my above mentioned number has been barred ..when i tried to contact customer care... he said it has been barred for non submission of documents... I had submitted all the documents... its been more then 3 months of using this sim and since then docomo had no problem with my documents... suddenly u people barred my number... i have hot received a single call from u for varification of my documents... On what basis u barred my sim??? If my documents were wrong, how u people allowed me to use that sim for 3 months??? I have no time to go to nearest docomo shop nd again verify my documents...
Its of special mention that when i tried to talk to customer care representative he misbehaved and was not answering my single question... every time i asked something ..he said '' ok sir, ok sir " nd then put my call on hold for so long and never answered...
The attitude of them are so irritating!!!
Docomo has no supervision on their customer care representatives!! Worst customer care service!!
