Non ethical business with custome

Hi,

Myself Mittal chheda using Airtel network for my mobile.

I have recharged recently -25 days back with 575 Rs to get corresponding talktime of 650.

I was in impression of the same refilling rules which we used to get earlier.(No restriction on specific validity and same balance use for calls, SMS, Internet)

But now got to know that above refilling is valid for only calls and not for any other purpose (SMS, Internet Pack etc.), and that is also valid for 30 days.my 575 ruppes go in vain without any use.

Why network provider has not informed or made awareness among customers about changes in such rules.

They have indirectly cheated customer. We just cant take it this way

even many times they just start any value added service without taking permission of customers on the mobile and cut the balance without knowledge of customer.

This happened many times with me. I am sure it must have happened with many such customers.

Need appropriate action on above matters.
