Unsuccessful recharge

Dear Sir/Madam

I have recharged my mobile through mobile banking (mobile no. 9420649492) on 17th May amounting Rs 1988

Status of recharge from your side was unsuccessful and same amount was debited from my account.

Bank (union bank of india) give me reply that the transaction was successful at that time they give me Operator Id 100005835451 transaction id 138477911057, merchant id 069784242122.

BSNL Said

No Such denomination exist at ctopup server for west zone.

Please tell what will i do for refund.
