Service in activation

I applied for a airtel postpaid dongle connection from reachh aitel exclusive shop chrompet (receipt no 12584 dated 24/12). Till now (03/01) the connection is not activated and despite repeated calls and requests and remainders the showroom did not respond when i demanded a refund the store in charge Mr suresh (Chief service manager!!! what a irony?)spoke rudely and said that he is not responsible for airtel and his duty is only to sell and not to care about post connection services despite being a airtel franchise he spoke rudely about my profession (i work in healthcare sector) and said that doctors do not take responsibility for deaths so he is not responsible for this inaction .he says that its not his problem and he will not refund and he will give confirmation for service activation.pls do not trust reachh mobiles when i was there for 40 minutes there were 5 problems like these all are customer dis service they provide headache not service to customers
