I am jaya, my mobile number is 7411323008. I have been charged 99 rs for mobile tv on 29 december I have no idea how it got activated, I deactived it but the money is not refunded. I spoke to the customer care they said they cannot help and the money cannot be refunded. The next day I recharged my balance, again the mobile tv got activated on 31st december and balance 99 rs is deducted again, I deactivated it the next minute, but the money is not refunded. I called the customer care they said they will do something and given me the reference number 1542978932. The next day I called the customer care they dint listen to me nor did they take the reference number put me on hold for long time and then they disconnected the call using cheap tactics. Can u please suggest me what should I do if these services are getting activated every hour, with the subscription money I have to manage for a month I am unemployed but I have to keep going with this number as I get the interview calls for this number, can u suggest me something?
