I have given a request for shifting of telephone number 26637739 from Tilak Nagar to Kushal Nagar, KG Halli on December 28 with acknowledgement no. 19 in Jayanagar Exchange. The commercial officer said your phone will be shifted in 7 days and today is 7th day, but I didn’t have my phone connection back. So today I called to Jayanagar Exchange Commercial office, they said the order has not been passed. Can somebody help me in getting my connection back as quickly as possible, because I am not able to do my office work from Sunday December 30? Is this the service provided by BSNL to their customer? Due to this I had a lot of problem with my office.
