My Tata Docomo Photon no is 9223383097, purchased from Tata gallery, Mira road on 6/8 and I have paid Rs 5000 for the same. I received a receipt of rs 1249 for the modem and receipt for the balance I have not received yet. I have selected a plan of unlimited usage for 6 month by paying 5000 and told that I will not receive any bill for next 6 month. But the very first month I have received the bill and same happened for the month of oct and nov. The bill for nov is 10500 approx I have visited gallery many times and no one is answering any thing even they are not ready to talk. Mr Kunal Joshi the store manager is not even talking. Every time I only get the complaint no and no solution. Every 15 days my connection is disconnected and I face my problems. I have mailed the same to [email protected] but did not received any reply. my connection is not active from 1.11.2012. please provide me the solution
