Advance payment made but bill generate

Dear Sir,

Reliance data card no.9022467780

according to above subject, company suspend the internet service during nov & dec month due to not activation of our six month advance rental plan and after filed the complain company activate the service from 21 dec and not genrate the bill of nov dec due to suspendate of service, but company give the bill of Rs.600 approx without providing the srvice so please give rebate of this bill.
