Double payement inspite of sim deactivated

This is Suman bearing the airtel number 9000008024.

Recently want to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, so cleared the outstanding amount of the postpaid number by providing the

Cheque to the executive named Ramesh from Vision Marketing Services-Bill number 197191 on 30 dec.

When I went to airtel stall-begumpet to get the prepaid card the counter person says the cheque is not produced or cleared, so we cannot migrate to prepaid, so I immediately paid the cash of 3945/- receipt no 30-25013703 and cleared the outstanding bill.

Meanwhile informed the executive not to produce the cheque and hand over the cheque and he agreed it, before cancelling the cheque

The very next day he produces the cheque and when tried to reach him, he never respond my call.

I am using the airtel services for more than 6 years and it’s very shocking that the third party executives don’t even have the minimal

Knowledge of the cheque and cash transactions.

Kindly revert back the money as soon as possible and take the serious action on the collection agency and the executive.
