Wrong Plan activated

Hello,

During the last week of December, I opted for Tata Docomo family plan 999 with the following four numbers:

9884303499, 7667403499, 7667503499 and 7845003499. Of which, the first three connections were MNP and the last number was a new connection. The 999 plan was advertised on your website and said by the store official (Ms. Jacqline, Adyar, Chennai).

Later, only two numbers were ported into Tata Docomo (9884303499 and 7667503499). The number 7667403499 was not ported for other reasons. So, now I had three numbers in total with Tata Docomo.

When the sims for the three numbers got activated, I came to know that you had put me in the 'My family medium 1999' plan. This was done without my consent or knowledge.

After many emails and phone conversations, the plan was still 1999. Now, recently I have received a bill of Rs 724/- under the 1999 plan.

The complaint is: why should I pay for the 1999 plan when I opted for 999 plan. I only have 3 connections under this plan and I am not willing to pay for the 1999 plan.

Attached, please find list of complaints. I do not have the complaint numbers for phone conversations. And somehow, the complaint list in the My accounts page says 'closed'.
