I have been asking Tata docomo people to disconnect my landline connection (Land line no 02066140704) from last four months which they are not listening to it at all. Every time they give me assurance to sort out the issue in a week but still not disconnecting the landline phone. Moreover, they are charging unnecessarily despite the request of phone disconnection. A service request was also raised recently by one of their representative (Service request no 342065735) and he assured me that this will be done latest by 3-Jan-13. Despite all this their representative available at [email protected] says that they are still reviewing this case. After their such kind of response i told them that i'll be going to consumer court only.
Request you to do the needful in this regard.
