I have ported my mobile number 9790307278 to Airtel and it has been activated on 21-DEC-2012.
My incoming is perfect and came to know after a few hours that my OUTGOING CALLS has been barred. I contacted the 198 forum from other number (9597366558) and registered the complaint and they said it will be active within a day. But no such improvement.I did the job daily till 27-Dec-2012.The care team only responded but didn't took any relevant action for my issue and thereby blocked my aforesaid number (9597366558) from reaching the 198 and 121 forum too. So the very next day i called the nodal officer and complained about the issue and they said it will be active in 2 days.
But till the date 08-Jan-2013 I didn't got a proper resolution for the aforesaid both numbers issue.i.e the no. 9790307278 is still barred from making OUTGOING calls and the no.9597366558 is not yet connecting to the 121 and 198 forum. If i ask the nodal they simply say it will clear in a day and they doesn't take necessary steps to solve the ISSUES. I complained in AIRWEB too and also through mail many times as i have suffered many loss of money by calling the nodal team.. I DON'T WHY I HAVE BEEN BEING TROUBLED IN THIS ISSUE. The team doesn't take care really and don't say what's the fact. REALLY DEPRESSED ABOUT YOUR SERVICE "AIRTEL". You are punishing the customers whom comes to your network voluntarily and not respecting them. PLS DON'T HESITATE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IN MERE FUTURE..IF SO YOU WON'T HAVE ONE CUSTOMER AT END.
PLS TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS ONE REGISTERS...
