Sir, last night on 10/01 at 12:06 i request for 15 rupees internet pack from my mobile my 17 rupees deducted and i did'nt get any net pack when i call to custmer care he says that is my mistake and he ca'nt refund my balance.
Sir, it is my deep request to you that refund my balance immiditly.
