I am using two reliance wireless landlines for approx. last 3.5 years and now it becomes difficult to continue using services because handsets not working. Nether reliance exchanging those instruments nor manufaturer, there replies are like co. have stopped manu., we do not have stock, and we can not do any thing.
Moreover i had mailed my complaint to [email protected] from where i didnt get reply.
my landline are prepaid so whenver i call on any of helpline no. they disconnect or put my call on long hold saying that it's not there dept.
telephone are just not telephone in some business it become asset of co.
