Connection is not started

Dear Sir / madam

I have one reliance postpaid connection since last 7 months.

My connection no. is :- 09328222333. My name is :- Kalpesh Shah.

Problem: The connection outgoing is barred since starting.

I discussed in your web world & customer care the result of the discuss is nothing they told me that your document is

pending i given them again but still the connection was not start.

I already paid the bill since last 7 month without outgoing.

This is my request that pls. start my out going or pls. convert my connection in prepaid.

I hope that you understand my problem & help me in this.
