Unwanted Balance Deduction

After recharge of 30 rs i got 24 rs main balance and soon i got deduct my account balance . to 11 paisa . i want my money back

I never subscriber for any packs . :(. although i am a poor person to recharge my account .. its going too bad .. if MTS dosnt refund my money back i am going to take strong action against MTS with Penalty...
