Unnessary deduction

Sir,

I being a tata docomo customer (cell no.8982008006) is unsatisfied with their services as on 12-1-13 i have recharged of Rs50 but without my prior permission they have auto-renewed some services at the cost of Rs40.

so i want the service provider to return my deductions.
