I am using BSNL EVDO Service (Ph. no: 9682060903 (Noida) - Unlimited 750 Plan). I am Experiencing a problem regarding internet service from BSNL. On 29th November my internet stopped working, so i checked my balance which was around 5400 yesterday dropped to 202 and then dropped to 0 and my account validity also reduced from April to Dec. As i have unlimited service so it should not be because of my data usage. I have tried to contact BSNL Regarding this issue but have not received any response. I have also Registered a Complaint on BSNL Customer Portal (Docket no: K30UP304210). It's been more than a month and my problem has not been resolved & I have not received any information from the company as well. I have tried to contact BSNL Nodal officer, Noida SSA but no one is picking up the phone. I have also sent an email to PG Appellate Authority, UP west but have not received any response. I want to know on what basis they have deducted 5400 rs. I'll be very thank full to you if you help me in this matter.
