Internet not working after 4pm to 10pm since last week

Dear Sir,

(1) Internet not working from 4.00pm to 10.00pm in New Delhi.

(2) All mobile connections like airtel, idea, vodafone etc are working except Reliance mobile which is not working in vill - amari, p.o - khurhat, distt- Mau nath bhanjan, eastern uttarpradesh, uttarpradesh.

kindly do the needful.
