Balance Deduction

Sir,

I have

registered my complaints many times to Tata Docomo's Customer Care And Appellate

Officer but they have taken no action. My phone no. is 9808536975 and

my last complaint no. is M11937078. Tata Docomo is a fraud company.

They have deducted my balance many times for no reason. Last time they

have deducted Rs. 56 on 10 January' 2013 and now they are not

reverting the balance. They have deducted around Rs. 150 since 2

years. I want them to

revert all my balance they have deducted. You Please take an immediate

action.
