My complaint about process of Prepaid - Postpaid Conversion.

I was apply for Postpaid in airtel on 4th Jan and now its 14th Jan - 10 days of span what are these people are doing ..

I am just fed up of calling them and asking them when my Postpaid service get started. but every time they gave me foolish answers like still "Processing n all. They take ""10"" days to convert my prepaid to postpaid and STILL MY POSTPAID SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED. and worse thing is they even shut down my prepaid service also. its been 2 days my all airtel service are shut down.. that's means i am with empty Phone with no service. They don't even care about customer inconvenience.

so final remark about airtel is "VERY PATHETIC APPROACH"
