this is regarding complaint of reliance communications.
my balance being dedecuted twice for SMS pack auto renewal. and i call twice to customer care but every time i call customer care for help they says that technical problem is there we cant check in system.
a month back i complained again for balance deduction that time customer care executive says same thing that system is down u can call later.
IS SYSTEM DOWN ALL THE TIME??
IF SYSTEM IS DOWN WHY CANT AN EXECTIVE CALL BACK AND HELP A CUSTOMER??
IS THIS SERVICE QUALITY???
ASAP GONA DICONNECT THIS SERVICE PROVIDER SERVICES AT ALL.
NOT THIS IS HIGH TIME, MANY TIMES I FACED THIS BALANCE DEDUCTION.
